At the bottom right of every page on the website, there is an orange Contact Us button.
This can be used to answer many questions, or to contact us, should the answer to your question not be there.
Step 1.
Click on the Contact Us button, a 'Hi, how can we help you? pop-up will appear.
The pop-up contains sample questions we have had from customers, which you can click on, to see the answers, but there are also many other questions in the background.
Just type your question in the 'Search for help' box and click on the magnifying glass. Any answers that match that question will appear.
If you do not find the answer you are looking for, then click on the Contact Us bar at the bottom of the pop-up and go to Step 2.
Step 2.
This now opens the Contact Us section, where you can enter your enquiry and send it to us.
You will need to enter your name, email address and select a subject from the drop down list, which covers your enquiry.
You can then enter the details of the enquiry you wish to make in the 'Description' box.
It can be really helpful and speed things up, in us being able to reply to you, if you can add a screenshot of what you are referring to, especially if it is something from our website.
We often get enquiries, saying, 'I am looking at parts 18 and 19' for instance, but we cannot see which part 18 and 19 you are referring to.
If you can send a screenshot of the drawing you are referring to, this will mean we can reply to you, without having to come back to you first.
Use the 'Take Screenshot' tab in the pop-up to do this.
You can also upload up to 5 photos/files to assist us with your enquiry.
A photo of the id plate on your machine and/or a photo of the part in question, can really help to speed up the process of resolving your enquiry.
Step 3.
Click the 'I'm not a robot' box and then 'Send,' to submit your enquiry.
We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
At certain times of the year and in particular between March and June, we have hundreds of enquiries, so the more information we have on an initial enquiry, the quicker and better we can respond to you.
